We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, profile information, support requests, messages, signed text, writing-session activity, and other content you submit while using Verifiably Human.
We may also collect information needed to operate the service, including account identifiers, authentication status, identity verification status, subscription or payment status, device and browser information, IP address, log data, and usage information.

We use information only to:
- provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service;
- support human-to-human communication and authorship proof;
- verify accounts, identity status, and account eligibility;
- generate, store, and display signed-text verification records;
- process subscriptions, billing, and account support requests;
- detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, or policy violations;
- comply with legal obligations and valid legal requests.

No Sale of Data
We do not sell, rent, trade, or broker your personal information.
Aside from trusted vendors and service providers needed to operate, secure, maintain, or improve the service, we do not distribute your personal information. These vendors are permitted to use information only to provide services on our behalf and may not sell, distribute, or use it for their own marketing or unrelated purposes.
Your data is not a product.

Trusted Vendors
We may share limited information with trusted vendors that help us run Verifiably Human, such as authentication providers, identity verification providers, payment processors, hosting and database providers, email or support tools, and security services.
These vendors may include services such as Clerk for authentication, identity verification providers for KYC checks, Stripe for payments, and infrastructure providers used to host and operate the app.

User Content
Messages, conversations, signed text, posts, writing-session data, and other content you submit are used only to provide the service and support human-to-human interaction and authorship verification.
Public verification pages may display signed content, author information, proof details, and related metadata when you create or share a public proof record.
We do not use private communications for third-party advertising, and we do not sell access to them.

Legal Disclosures
We may disclose information when necessary to comply with the law, respond to a valid legal request, enforce our policies, protect users, investigate abuse, or protect the rights, safety, and security of Verifiably Human, our users, or others.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain verification records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at legal@verifiablyhuman.com. Some information may need to be retained where required by law, security, billing, dispute resolution, or public proof integrity.

Children's Privacy
Verifiably Human is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
