If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the service.

Verifiably Human provides tools for human authorship verification, identity-backed account checks, writing-session capture, and public proof records for signed text.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your login credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Account creation, identity verification, and account access may be handled through trusted vendors such as Clerk and identity verification providers.

Some features may require identity verification or KYC review. You agree to provide accurate information and not attempt to bypass, manipulate, or misrepresent any identity verification process.

Verifiably Human is designed to help readers understand when a real person stood behind a piece of writing. Proof records may include signed text, author information, timestamps, verification status, writing-session signals, and other metadata.

A Verifiably Human proof record does not guarantee that content is accurate, lawful, complete, original, or endorsed by us.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Verifiably Human a limited license to host, process, display, reproduce, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service, operate verification records, maintain security, and support the product.

You are responsible for your content and must have the rights needed to submit, sign, publish, or share it.

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent authorship;
• submit content that violates another person's rights;
• attempt to bypass identity, payment, security, or usage limits;
• interfere with or disrupt the service or related infrastructure;
• reverse engineer or misuse verification systems except as allowed by law.

Paid features, subscriptions, or usage-based plans may be processed by a trusted payment provider. Payment terms, prices, limits, and plan features may change over time. Any required taxes or fees are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

We may use trusted vendors and service providers to operate, secure, maintain, or improve the service. Their handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for users or the service, failed to pay required fees, or used the service in a way that may cause harm.

We may modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verifiably Human will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
